Instructions:

For the chocolate strawberry roulade, beat egg whites and water until firm, beat sugar and yolks until foamy and add to the snow.

Mix the cornflour, cocoa and flour together, sift over the yolk and snow mixture and fold in carefully. Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake until light.

Turn out onto a moistened cloth, remove paper, roll up sponge with cloth, let cool. For the filling, whip the whipped cream.

Carefully roll up the cooled roulade, spread with strawberry jam and fill with whipped cream. Roll up again and cut into pieces.
