For the chocolate sticks, sift the flour on the work surface and spread the nuts and chocolate on it.
Make a well in the center and add sugar, vanilla sugar and egg. Add the butter cut into small pieces and quickly knead all the ingredients into a dough.
Form finger-thick rolls from the dough and cut off 5 cm long pieces. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Place in the middle of the preheated oven and bake at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes.
You can dip the chocolate sticks halfway into the chocolate.
