Chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt. Bring the milk and whipped cream to the boil and gently stir into the chocolate. And you have a wonderful warm chocolate sauce (if you have taken good cooking chocolate).

Tip: Feel free to use better chocolate – the more delicious the result!
