Instructions:

For the chocolate mousse cake, knead all the ingredients for the dough together, line the bottom of a cake springform pan (26 cm) with baking paper, grease the paper and the edges with softened butter.

Press the dough with your hands on the bottom of the pan and on the edges and bake at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.

Heat the mascarpone and once it is liquid, turn off the heat, add the chocolate and let it melt with the residual heat.

Stir in the butter and sukrin and add milk until smooth. Pour the chocolate mousse into the cooled cake base and let it rest at room temperature for a few hours until the mixture becomes firm to the touch.
