For the chocolate mousse, break the dark chocolate into coarse pieces and place them in the Cooking Chef stainless steel bowl. Do not clamp a mixing tool in the process. Set the timer to 12 minutes, the temperature to 70 °C and select mixing interval level 3.

Separate the eggs as soon as the chocolate has melted. Select mixing interval level 1 and stir in the yolks one by one. Then transfer the mixture to a bowl and place it in hot water to keep the mixture liquid.

Clamp the balloon whisk. Beat egg whites until creamy and not too stiff, then stir into chocolate cream. Depending on the quantity, divide into glasses or bowls and refrigerate the chocolate mousse for about 2 hours.
