For the moelleux au chocolat, melt the chocolate and butter together over a water bath. In the meantime, beat the sugar, orange and eggs. Fold in the lukewarm chocolate and the flour.

Pour into 5 greased souffle molds and bake at top/bottom heat at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
