Instructions:

For the chocolate lava dessert, chop the chocolate and melt with butter in a saucepan over medium heat, remove from heat and stir until smooth.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy – stir in the chocolate-butter mixture. Then add the flour and salt and fold in.

Spread the batter evenly in the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for about 25 – 30 min. The brownies must still be slightly moist on the inside.

Let cool in the pan and cut out eight rings (outer diameter approx. 6 cm, inner diameter approx. 3 cm. Place two rings on top of each other.

For the chocolate topping, melt chocolate with coconut oil over a water bath. Spread very thinly on a smooth surface and let set in the refrigerator.

Cut out circles of 6 cm ø from the chocolate sheet. To prevent the chocolate sheet from breaking, heat the cutter beforehand. Now place the chocolate cover on the brownie rings.

For the ganache, chop the chocolate and heat together with the whipped cream. While still warm, empty into the center of the chocolate blanket so that it melts and the ganache flows into the center.

Serve the chocolate dessert with a scoop of ice cream and fresh berries.
