Chocolate Curd Cream

Melt the chocolate.

Mix the curd cheese, mascarpone and honey until smooth.

Squeeze the lemon and grate the zest.

Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice and melted chocolate and chill the chocolate curd cream for about 30 minutes.
