For the chocolate cubes, cut the finished cake in half horizontally and cut each into 8 equal pieces (3 x 3 cm).

Bring the jam to the boil, add the orange liqueur and whisk well. Brush on the cubes and let cool.

Chop the nougat and cooking chocolate into small pieces. Bring whipping cream to a boil and remove saucepan from heat.

Carefully stir the cooking chocolate and nougat pieces into the whipped cream mixture with a dough scraper so that no bubbles form.

When everything is stirred smooth, spoon a generous amount of glaze over the cubes and spread over the sides.
