For the chocolate crispy balls, preheat the oven to 160 °C top/bottom heat. Line a baking tray with baking paper. In a saucepan, slowly melt the butter with the chocolate and allow to cool slightly.

Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla flavoring or pulp of the vanilla bean. Then stir in the butter-chocolate mixture. Finally, fold in the flour with cocoa and baking powder. Spread on the baking sheet and bake for about 35 minutes. Test with a chopstick. Let cool.

Meanwhile, for the filling, melt the white chocolate over steam and then mix in 1-2 drops of bitter almond flavoring and the Choco rice crispies. Make small heaps on a sheet of baking paper with a spoon and then place in the refrigerator for a short time.

Remove the baking paper from the chocolate dough and crumble the dough. Mix with the cream cheese. Take some of the mixture and flatten the dough, fill with the chocolate rice crispies and enclose with the dough.

Finally, sprinkle the chocolate crispies with liquid chocolate coating and decorate with chopped pistachios or similar.
