For Chocolate Cookies, cream butter and sugar until fluffy, add vanilla sugar and rum flavoring.
Beat in eggs one at a time (about 1/2 minute each on high speed). Mix flour, almonds, chocolate and baking powder and add to the batter.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place the dough heaps with a little distance on the baking tray, press flat and bake the chocolate cookies for about 15 minutes.
