Instructions:

For the chocolate cake with hail sugar, beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa powder and stir into the egg-oil mixture with the milk.

Pour into a greased pan sprinkled with breadcrumbs, place in the preheated oven and bake at 170° for about 50-60 minutes. Allow to cool and cut 2x in half.

For the cream, beat the powdered sugar with the butter and vanilla sugar until creamy and fill the cake with it. Heat the glaze, cover the cake with it and immediately sprinkle with hail sugar. Serve the chocolate cake with hail sugar.
