For the chocolate buttermilk cake, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Melt the butter slowly.

Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa powder. Slowly add remaining ingredients alternately to egg and sugar mixture.

Sift in flour. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and pour mixture into it. Bake the chocolate buttermilk cake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for about 20-30 minutes.
