For the chocolate-almond pudding with cantuccini, place 2 cantuccini in each of 4 glasses and soak each with 1 tablespoon eggnog. Briefly toast 3 tbsp. almond slivers without fat in a pan.

Cook chocolate pudding according to package directions, stir 2 tablespoons toasted almond slivers into the pudding and divide among the 4 glasses.

Decorate each with 1 cantuccini, 1 tablespoon eggnog and the rest of the toasted almond slivers.

Let the chocolate-almond pudding cool and serve.
