For the chive yogurt with fried dough balls, sift flour into a bowl and mix with yeast and salt. Add parsley, garlic, olive oil and enough warm water and knead into a firm dough. Turn out onto a floured board and knead for a good 10 minutes until soft and elastic. Place in a bowl, brush with oil and leave to rise in a warm place for an hour. Shape the dough into about 20 balls. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the balls in it for about 5 minutes until golden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels and serve with chive yogurt.Chive yogurt:Finely chop the chives. Grate fresh horseradish. Mix sour cream and yogurt, season with salt, pepper and vinegar. Now first mix in chives as well as the horseradish well. Allow to set in the refrigerator for one hour.
