Instructions:

Chop the egg noodles a little and prepare according to instructions.

Wash the peppers, remove the core and cut the pods into strips.

Wash the bean sprouts and leeks, cut the leeks into rings. Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Heat oil in wok and peel garlic and press it in. Add chicken cutlets, then add bell bell pepper strips, shiitake slices, leek rings and bean sprouts to the wok.

Strain noodles well, mix into meat-vegetable mixture and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Season with soy sauce and sambal oelek to taste, stir in and serve the noodles with chicken hot.
