Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Heat garlic, olive oil, juice of one lemon, sugar, chopped parsley and pepper in a small saucepan, add the shrimp and do about 5 min. Remove from the saucepan and cool. Keep liquid in saucepan for salad dressing. Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain and mix on the spot with 1 cup of hot pasta water mixed with 1 tbsp of oil. Take a handful of cooked pasta at a time, shape into pasta nests and place one next to the other on a flat plate. Cover pasta with plastic wrap.

Clean beans and cook in salted water until tender, about 8 minutes. Also cook the prepared broccoli roses until al dente.

Drain the bean sprouts. For the salad dressing, stir the gravy from the saucepan with the oil and soy sauce and season well with salt and freshly ground pepper. Mix the beans, broccoli and bean sprouts with the salad sauce. Form a unit of lettuce and shrimp into each noodle nest. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and fresh parsley leaves. Remove skin from carrot and cut into narrow, oblong slices. Cut out figures with a cookie cutter and decorate the leaf salad with them.
