For the Chili con Carne Pie, heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Add the chopped meat and roast until browned. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside.Add the onions and cinnamon stick to the pan and let them color for about 5 minutes. Add the chili, oregano, cumin, coffee powder and salt and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for another two minutes.

Add the diced tomatoes, beans, corn and chicken soup. Simmer gently for 30 minutes, then let the chili con carne cool.Press one half of the dough into a pie dish and fill with the chili con carne. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and fresh chopped cilantro. Cover with the second half of the dough and press both layers together in a nice curled shape.

Prick the center of the pie a few times with a fork to allow hot air to escape during baking.Bake the Chili con Carne Pie in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
