Instructions:

For the Chili Con Carne, finely chop the onion, bell bell pepper, garlic cloves. Sauté the onion with tomato paste in oil. Add minced bell pepper, garlic, salt and pepper and sauté.

Then pour in the soup. Add sugar, bay leaf, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, red wine vinegar, paprika, chili peppers and stir. Simmer for about 20 minutes.

Season again with salt and pepper. Then add corn and beans and then simmer gently for 1-2 hours.
