Instructions:

For the chicory with walnut vinaigrette from the steamer, clean the chicory, cut in half lengthwise, remove the white inside, sprinkle with lemon juice, place in two perforated cooking containers and cook (4-5 minutes at 100 °C).

Clean peppers, dice finely, place in another perforated cooking container and cook (1 minute at 100 °C).

Fill steamed peppers into chicory halves.

Mix all sauce ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.

Serve chicory with walnut vinaigrette from steamer.
