Instructions:

Chop the chicory and shallot. Now lightly caramelize the butter and sugar.

Later, briefly sauté the shallot, pour in the chicken soup and then add the chicory. When the chicory is cooked, blend the soup and add the whipped cream.

Before serving, add the ham cut into strips and the chopped parsley.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
