For the chicory chicken salad with strawberries, wash the chicken fillets and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Mix honey and sesame oil in a mold and turn the chicken breast fillets in it. Peel the asparagus and cut diagonally into 0.5 cm thick slices.

For the salad dressing, mix the vinegar in a bowl with a pinch each of salt and sugar, whisk in the oil and let the asparagus pieces steep in it.Melt the butter in a frying pan and sear the marinated chicken breast fillets on both sides for about 2 minutes.
