For the chicken, cut the liver and the stomach of the chicken into small pieces and fry them in a little butter. Then mix in the minced meat and season with salt and pepper.

Peel and pit the dates. Chop the dates and mix them into the minced meat.

Season the chicken inside and out with salt and pepper and stuff with the mince. Close the chicken with kitchen twine.

Brush the top of the chicken with honey to give it a crispy skin.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken until it is golden brown on all sides. Then let it bake for another 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 °C. Periodically drizzle the chicken with drippings.

Remove the chicken from the pan and keep it warm on a platter. Pour off most of the drippings and then deglaze with the white wine and a few spoonfuls of tangerine juice.

Let this sizzle for 10 minutes and then add the rest of the dates and tangerines. Let the sauce thicken a bit and pour in the whipped cream.

Make sure that the sauce does not boil anymore. Spread the sauce around the chicken on the platter.
