Instructions:

For the chicken skewers, soak about 20 pieces of wooden skewers in cold water, preheat oven to broil setting 2. Cut the chicken lengthwise into thicker strips.

For the marinade, mix the honey with turmeric, sesame oil, coriander, mild curry and soy sauce. Put the meat in it and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Thread the meat onto the soaked skewers in an accordion shape and grill in a preheated oven (grill setting 2) for about 5 to 7 minutes. Turn several times if necessary and brush with the marinade. Can be enjoyed cold or warm.

For the peanut sauce, peel and finely dice the onion, peel and finely chop the garlic, and also finely chop the peanuts.
