Cut chicken into pieces and fry quickly in butter. Remove from the pan and keep warm. In the fat residue add onions and fry through. Deglaze with beer and boil down, peel tomatoes, cut and add to the sauce, let it boil down and finally add the chicken pieces: Sprinkle with parsley.
