Rinse and dry chicken breast fillets, dice and place on watered wooden skewers. Mix honey, chili, lemongrass, sesame oil in a bowl. Brush chicken skewers all over with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Remove peel from mango, cut flesh into wedges from stone, dice and place in a large enough bowl. Sprinkle with the juice of one lemon, mash. Remove the peel from the bananas and cut them into finger-thick slices. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, roast the banana pieces in it for about 1 min on each side. Add the mango puree, fold in and keep warm. Cook the chicken skewers under the broiler for about 10 minutes. Turn a few times to the other side and brush with the remaining marinade. Arrange the chicken skewers and bananas with the mango puree on plates. Rinse the Thai basil and shake dry. Pluck off the leaves and garnish the skewers with them.
