For the Italian style chicken, heat the olive oil in a higher pan and sear the fillets on both sides until the meat has taken color. Then place in a baking dish, press the garlic cloves into the roasting residue and sauté for a few seconds along with the rosemary.

Quickly pour the strained tomatoes and season with salt and sugar, pour the sauce over the sautéed fillets and bake in the oven at 210 degrees for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, strain the mozzarella and cut into thin slices.

After the roasting time, spread the mozzarella slices over the fillets and let them roast for another 10 minutes. Before serving, decorate the Italian style chicken with fresh basil leaves.
