Instructions:

For the chicken in a bed of vegetables, cut the chicken open on the breast side and rub with the spices. Place unfolded on a baking tray and roast at 180 °C for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, cut all the vegetables into smaller cubes and mix with the herbs, also finely chopped, and the oil and salt.

After the 15 minutes, drape the vegetables around the chicken and finish roasting in about 30 minutes.
