For the chicken in mustard-white wine marinade, cut the chicken thighs in half and mix with the garlic cloves, rosemary, mustard and white wine and marinate.

Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and place in the refrigerator for 1 to two hours to marinate. Preheat the oven to about 200 degrees. Place the chicken thighs in an ovenproof casserole dish and add the peeled and coarsely chopped potatoes.

Roast in the oven at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes. Check often and turn the chicken thighs or potatoes from time to time.
