Instructions:

For the chicken curry, fry onion, bell bell pepper and churry paste in oil for about 1 minute. Add chicken pieces and fry for another 3 minutes.

Add coconut milk and simmer until meat is cooked. Season with chili powder if necessary. Cook the rice in salted water and possibly some curry powder.

Serve the chicken curry on the rice in portions and garnish with basil if desired.
