Instructions:

For the chicken burger, first heat oil in a frying pan, season chicken breast with salt and pepper and sear on both sides (about 4 minutes each side).

Mix mayonnaise with a pinch of paprika and a spoonful of ketchup.

Remove chicken breasts from pan and cut in half; slice onions into rings. Cut bacon bun in half and spread one side with ketchup, the other with the mayonnaise mixture, layer onions and chicken pieces, cover chicken burger and serve.
