For the chia yogurt, stir the chia seeds into the vanilla yogurt and allow to swell for some time. Cut the persimmon open and spoon out, stir the melt-in-the-mouth oat flakes into the pulp.

Divide the chia-vanilla yogurt between 2 glass bowls and let it soften a bit more, then spread the persimmon and oatmeal mixture over it.

Wash the kiwi berries, cut away the hairs, quarter them and decorate the dessert with them.
