For the Chia Fresca – Raspberry Elderberry Pinole first prepare the chia gel. For this, mix the chia seeds with water, let swell for 20 minutes and stir again and again to avoid lumps. In the meantime: squeeze the limes (or lemons) and mix the juice with 1 liter of water. Add the thick juice to taste. Stir in the finished chia gel. Pour liquid into a glass and add ice cubes.
