Instructions:

For the cheesecake, first mix the flour, butter, powdered sugar and egg yolks for the base and let rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Bake at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 10 minutes.

For the filling, separate eggs, then mix egg yolks with sugar, vanilla, butter and salt to a mass. Drain the curd and fold into the mixture.

Beat egg whites until foamy and fold into curd mixture. Slowly sprinkle flour into the mixture.

Spread the mixture on the baked base and bake at 175 °C top/bottom heat for 50 to 60 minutes. When the curd is golden brown, remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely.
