Instructions:

Cut the onion into cubes. Heat butter and sauté onion in it. Deglaze with whipping cream and cook for about 15 minutes.

Grind Gorgonzola and add to the sauce. Stir until the cheese is dissolved. Season with salt, pepper and brandy.

Serve warm with spaghetti. To do this, evenly distribute the cooked spaghetti on preheated plates and pour the cheese top sauce on top.
