Place the feta cheese and the tuna in a suitable bowl and mash finely with a fork. Pit the olives (1) and chop them finely.

With the egg, oregano and a little freshly ground pepper to the cheese-thon amount form and mix well.

Cut the dough rectangle in half once lengthwise. Later cut these two strips of dough into triangles with sides about 12 cm long. Spread the filling on them. Brush the edges of the dough with egg white.

Roll and shape the triangles into croissants. Place on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Mix egg yolk and oil and brush the croissants with it. Pit the olives (2) and cut them into strips.

Cover each croissant with a strip of olives.

Bake the croissants in the oven heated to 200 °C on the second rack from the bottom for about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
