Instructions:

Mix the flour, salt and pepper in a baking bowl. Slowly add the milk. Then add the eggs, butter and cheese one by one. Let the dough rest briefly.

In the meantime, prepare all the vegetables ready to cook and cut into small cubes.

Remove the skin from the onion and chop finely. Sauté everything in the warm butter.

Extinguish with the Noilly white wine or possibly Prat. Add the corn kernels and cook the vegetables until crispy.
