Beat eggs, sugar and wine on low heat or in a water bath until creamy. In no case do.

Remove the chaudo sauce (shodo sauce) from the fire and whisk a few more times, pour into glasses.

It is served with cookies.

Instead of white wine you can also use must.

With 2 eggs, add 1 tbsp. custard powder.
