Instructions:

For the chapatis, mix all ingredients. Add water until a medium firm dough is formed. Divide the dough, form balls and roll out thinly.

Place on a baking sheet and bake at high top heat (or even better grill function). Turn once, remove and brush with ghee, keep warm.

Chapatis go well with Indian curries, rice and chutneys.
