Instructions:

Remove the skin from the celery tuber, rinse and cut into thick slices. Lightly roll the slices in salted water in about 5 to 10 min not too soft, remove and drain well.

Mix egg, milk and oil and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Turn the celery slices in egg milk and breadcrumbs on the other side and then bake in butter until golden brown, arrange with parsley and bring to the table warm.
