For the celery bell pepper salad, wash, peel and cut celery into leaves. Boil in salted water with a little lemon juice until not too soft, then rinse in cold water and let cool.

Wash the peppers, cut them in half, clean them out and cut them into strips. Peel and roughly chop the onion. Pre-chill a salad bowl.

For the marinade, mix the oil with vinegar, powdered sugar, mustard, salt, pepper and the necessary water.

Gently mix the onion, celery, bell bell pepper strips and the marinade and refrigerate for half an hour.

Finally, arrange the celery-pepper salad in a pre-chilled salad bowl and serve.
