Instructions:

Clean broccoli, rinse and divide into small roses. Remove the skin from the onion, cut into cubes and sauté in hot oil. Add vinegar, 200 ml water and clear soup, bring to a boil. Add broccoli and cook with lid on for 5-6 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices. Pour broccoli and soup hot over potatoes. Stew for approx. 20 min.

Rinse and drain sprouts. Clean radishes, rinse and cut into slices. Add radishes, cauliflower and sprouts to potatoes. Season to taste.
