For the cauliflower pancakes, steam the cauliflower in a little water until tender and strain. Mash the cauliflower and mix with cooked peas, eggs, flour, salt and sesame seeds.

Shape into loafs. Heat oil in a coated pan and fry on both sides. Serve the cauliflower pancakes.
