For the cauliflower in mustard sauce, wash and clean the cauliflower and divide into florets.

Cook the cauliflower in salted water until al dente.

In a saucepan, mix the sour cream with the milk and heat (do not boil). Add grated cheese and mustard and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and nutmeg.

Add cauliflower to the sauce and stir gently.

Serve the cauliflower in mustard sauce immediately.
