Instructions:

Cut potatoes into cubes, divide cauliflower into roses. Fry both briefly in a frying pan in hot oil. Sprinkle turmeric, coriander powder and salt and stir well. Cover the frying pan and cook at low temperature until done (20-half hour).

Be sure to bring to the table with raita (see recipe)!!!

Vegetables can be substituted.
