Instructions:

For the cauliflower, wash it and cut the stalk crosswise.

Steam the cauliflower in a large saucepan in salted water with the juice of one lemon for approx. 20 min.

Peel onion, chop finely and cook in butter until translucent. Add minced meat and stir-fry for about 10 min. Coarsely chop tomatoes and add with juice. Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika powder and cook gently for another 20 minutes.

Drain the cauliflower, cover with the tomato and mince sauce and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
