Instructions:

Peel the carrots and cut them into slices.

Tourniquette the slices, cook them in vegetable soup and a pinch of sugar until soft, arrange them in a deep plate.

For the dressing, mix yogurt with salt, honey, juice of one lemon, pepper and chopped herbs and drizzle over the carrots.
