Instructions:

Dice the pork, fry it in hot fat on all sides.

Pour about 1/2 liter of water, season with salt, pepper, add rosemary, open and simmer on low heat for about 35 minutes. Add remaining water, carrot sticks, bring to boil, simmer for ten minutes. Add leek rings and potato cubes, stir, simmer 20 min.

Stir in Tabasco and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
