Stir the flour, eggs and milk into a dough and cook for half an hour to swell.

In the meantime, brush and grate the carrots clean, remove the skin from the onion and cut into small cubes. Stir the onion, parsley, carrots and spices into the batter. Heat oil in a frying pan and finish baking small pancakes by the spoonful.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
