Carrot Cocktail with Pina Colada and Melon

For the carrot cocktail with pina colada and melon, place the melon pieces in glasses. Mix the pina colada with lemon juice and pour it on top.

Mix the carrot juice with the spices and olive oil and pour over the pina colada.
